RedRX Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At RedRX, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure appointment availability for all patients, we ask that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a client misses a scheduled appointment without notifying RedRX in advance.
The first missed appointment may be waived as a one-time courtesy.
Any additional no-show appointments will incur a $50 no-show fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service safely and effectively.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may also be subject to the $50 late cancellation fee.
Repeated Missed Appointments
Clients who repeatedly miss scheduled appointments or cancel at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments or may have online scheduling privileges limited.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If special circumstances prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We review these situations individually and will do our best to accommodate you.
